Splendid! Permit a question: how many candles must be on the altar for high Mass?

There should be at least 6 but we had 12, but you can't see them with the angle of the camera. Scroll down a couple of post below this one to see a front view of the altar.

Vonito: St Joseph has a Sung High Mass in the EF at 2PM on the First Sunday of every month, and a Low Mass in the EF form at 5PM every Tuesday evening.

In addition there are times throughout the year, such as this past Solemnity of St Joseph, when Father arranges for a Solemn Sung High Mass in the EF. There's no set schedule for the special masses, however Father does seem to take as many opportunities to celebrate special feasts and occasions with special Masses. he usually announces them here or on the Parish website (both actually).
