THIS DEACON WAS TRAINED BY ME! MACON IS STUNNED BY TYBEE ISLAND'S NEGATIVE INFLUENCE ON THIS ONCE BECOMING DEACON

My title above is tongue in cheek on this Mardi Gras. But Deacon Dave Hayden, ordained originally for St.Joseph Church in Macon, moved to Tybee Island (Savannah Beach) in August. Now, do you think Tybee, with its laid back way to approaching life and church has corrupted him? And don't you just love his deacon attire? What a witness! What fun too! I truly envy him and his wife Cathy who work at St. Micheal's Church and School on Tybee Island. I would have donned the same costume for Mardi Gras if I were there, thus proving beyond a shadow of a doubt, the corrupting influence of this quaint Savannah resort!
