VATICAN II ASKED THAT WE READ THE TEA LEAFS OF THE SIGNS OF THE TIME TO CHANGE THE CHURCH, REFORM HER IN A CONSTANT REFORM: IS THIS ONE OF THOSE TEA LEAFS?????

This happened recently in Georgia where the United Methodist Church is not so united anymore. 70 United Methodist Churches disaffiliated with the Methodist Church because of that denomination’s liberalization on LGBTQ, ETC, ETC, ETC…ISSUES.   This is ecumenism at work, meaning it doesn’t work, especially within a particular denomination.

Perhaps Pope Francis, reading this, we “see, judge and react” to enable Catholic parishes to do the same thing once the German synodal way shows the rest of us ignorant peons that the God of surprises who helps the Church to develop doctrine into something it didn’t mean before, especially moral teachings, will allow us who disagree to disaffiliate? 

Schism will be seen as a good thing one day, as the Disunited Methodists lead us in the signs of the times:
