But more importantly on the young men and women who can access it and think this kind of thing is perfectly normal or not have any worry or empathy for actors who make a living doing the most degrading sorts of things. <br /><br />All this points to "Hollywood" in the pejorative sense and their role in degrading the sexual morals of the world, where Al Franken actually thought what he was doing to a sleeping and wide awake woman was perfectly normal and funny. After all...who is perfect?<br />If one has to be all straightened up oneself before speaking up then no one has the right to speak up. Then evil wins.<br /><br />I agree that having the news industry now as actually part of the entertainment industry is by and large coloring our news..and in not a helpful way.<br /><br />Recently I read an article by Public Discourse that was published recently in response to all these allegations of sexual harassment by prominent persons.<br />I learned that pornography changes one's perceptions of cues. One can think there are sexual cues when there are none.
