On that evening the block is closed for traffic and the vendors have goodies for people to try, and there is usually a band or entertainment of sorts. In any event, as it happened last month, people were attending the event and wanted to go into St Mary's to visit. Turns out four people came back to the Church, that day. They were asking for a priest, went to Confession and now are back home! The Catholics Come Home Banner is still outside our church. I guess the reason I am telling you this is that if there will be many visitors in Macon for that week, it might be a food idea for the priests to just be "around" and welcome visitors. Specially now with the Catholics Come Home campaign over, this might be the last nudge they need to come back to the Church. Just a thought!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
