The canonizations of John Paul II and John XXIII were significant for me to begin to recognize the falsity of the New Church edifice. The beatification of Paul VI is similarly significant. I recognize not everyone is of a similar mindset as I am, but these canonizations are ridiculous. It is as if the elite, whether living or dead, are patting each other on their backs: "Good work buddy." What is even more distressing is how all this is being rushed through. Why not wait a century or two, or is this some elitist reward that needs immediate attention lest these buddies be forgot? This is the impression I get, and I wonder of others do too.
