BTW, in a pot of black paint, one could always question whether black is actually a color or merely the absence of color, whether it is truly "black" or only approximately so, whether it is paint or stain, oil based or acrylic, and whether or not it is racist to even refer to "black" paint. Perhaps it should be called "Afro-American paint, minority paint, or affirmative action paint.<br />I assume from your post that you find no ambiguity in the NO...interesting.Genehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06672484450736725268noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7846189835239594160.post-21044306082596850502013-05-09T13:49:57.127-04:002013-05-09T13:49:57.127-04:00Wait what, Vatican II clarified stuff?Wait what, Vatican II clarified stuff?ytcnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7846189835239594160.post-47594653338740233252013-05-09T13:12:57.263-04:002013-05-09T13:12:57.263-04:00Some people would find "ambiguity" in a ...Some people would find "ambiguity" in a pot of black paint.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7846189835239594160.post-50024170010492707772013-05-09T07:48:17.215-04:002013-05-09T07:48:17.215-04:00I still believe that, for all of Pope Francis'...I still believe that, for all of Pope Francis' orthodoxy and for all of his strong statements, there is a certain ambiguity to it all. That is because, until the deplorable state of the Liturgy is addressed, there remains a dichotomy in the Church between faith and worship. The Catholic Faith is embodied in the Liturgy...the Real Presence, the Sacrifice of the Mass, are/were the crucible of the Catholic Faith. Now, there is an ambiguity in the Mass represented by the NO and its changes as well as in the inconsistency with which it is celebrated. Until this is "fixed," it is difficult to take the "talk" seriously. Genehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06672484450736725268noreply@blogger.com
